How to view my support tickets and their status?

Below is a small explainer on how to register and access the Customer Portal.

Registering for the Customer Portal and having your registration validated, will allow you to see and manage your tickets and your company's support tickets.

 

Registering - as does logging in - requires you to provide your company email address. Follow the instructions on the page to complete the process. Once registered, you will need to be validation by Customer Success at Waratek. This validation process usually occurs wihtin one hour and is a one-time-only activity.

Once you are registered and your business email address has been confirmed, you can just sign in and access the Customer Portal and any private content in the Knowledge Base we will provide for your company (including the products in the Downloads section).
