New Look and Feel to the Customer Portal and Knowledge Base (as of 2026-07-13)
We are making improvements to the Service Desk
From Monday July 13th 2026, we will be going live with a new look and feel to both our Customer Portal and Knowledge Base. All tickets - both open and closed - will still be accessible to you as well as the relevant articles in the Knowledge Base.
