This script will help in collecting all relevant information in case you will have to contact support
We have put together a little bash script, which should assist in providing all relevant information in case you will have to contact support.
You might find it useful and it will speed up resolution to any problems you may see with our software.
Currently we do only have a linux version , but we are working on a windows batch file to do the same.
Please feel free to provide any feedback if you want to include other things

Usage:
you may have to give it permissions to allow access to the waratek folder
for example
user@office-pc$ chmod 755 gatherer.sh
The script will take the folder in which your waratek.properties file is as an input parameter.
So you can run it the following way as an example (your folder structure might be different):
user@office-pc$ ./gatherer.sh /opt/waratek-java-agent-24.1.0-b1/conf_1
The output of running this bash script is a zip archive which will be created in the same subfolder.
Please attach this zip archive to any support ticket you might have to open.
